Kale Chips Recipe – Best Snack On Earth

Try this really healthy and yummy snack recipe loaded with nutrients!
Ingredients
  • 1 head kale
  • grapeseed oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • rosemary optional
Instructions
  1. Take washed and dried kale leaves off stem and place in medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add grapeseed oil until every leaf is wet but not saturated.
  3. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper (optional rosemary).
  4. Place chips on lined baking sheet and bake at 450 F for 4-6 minutes or until crispy without browning leaf edges.
Notes
There is 9 grams of fat per tablespoon of grapeseed oil. Store kale chips at room temperature in a tightly sealed container.
