Green Beans ~ Yes you can juice them!

 


 But why?

Because....green beans, when combined with Brussels Sprouts make natural insulin, thereby helping hypoglycemics and diabetics!

Here's our recipe:

10 Green Beans
4 Brussels Sprouts
1 English Cucumber

Drink 1 quart daily of this and in 30 days your blood sugar will definitely start to balance out, that is, if you are not eating white sugar throughout the day. Our diet needs to reflect our juicing habits.
