It would take you two hours and 15 minutes of yoga to burn off the calories in a bagel with cream cheese.
You probably confront more calorie counts these days than you used to—many chain restaurants have started listing their numbers—but new research shows that knowing the exercise equivalents of those calories is a better deterrent to overindulging. Some more stats to chew on: A basket of mozzarella sticks would take you 84 minutes of tennis to burn off and a cheeseburger works out to half an hour of vigorous swimming.
