In terms of health and price, farmed salmon can be a better bet than the wild stuff. Fish grown via aquaculture is lower in mercury and higher in B vitamins than the line-caught variety, plus it’s much cheaper. Both wild and farmed salmon have serious environmental costs, so definitely keep the planet in mind when grocery shopping and limit your consumption of this super-popular fish
