Even if you’re not Michael Jordan, you can still benefit from catching some air. Increasing your “vert” (aka vertical leap height) can improve cardiovascular endurance, reflexes, and overall athletic performance. Build some spring by doing squats, jumping rope, and doing kettle bell swings.
