This weekend, I'm upping my self-care regime, digging out some good positive-feeling books, making lots of juice and raw foods to nourish me back to health. Stress is a major contributor to illness and while we can't always control whether we experience it or not due to outside circumstances, we can control what we do to rectify the damage. Here are some of the things I will be doing...
1. Gone to try to limit my computer use, or switched OFF
2. Making and drinking lots of fresh juices and smoothies
3. Snuggling/Cuddling up on the sofa with my man and watch movies
4. Having a Mani/Pedi
5. Eating a delicious meal cooked/uncooked
6. Play catch-up w/ my girls, see a movie/eat & drinks
7. Resting up & thinking kind positive affirmations to myself
8. Taking a walk
