Daily Aha!

Daily Aha!
Hot tools cook your hair from the inside out.
Hair dryers and curling irons can create water bubbles inside your hair that damage the hair shaft. This leaves strands feeling rough and keeps them from sliding smoothly off one another in that appealing, bouncy way. Make sure your hot tools have temperature controls and stick with the low to medium settings. You can also use a heat-protecting styling aid to buffer the damage, as well as moisture-replenishing shampoos, conditioners and styling products. Better yet, try skipping a day or two of heat styling each week to give your haystack a much-needed rest.
