More is Less…Right?

Some people may think that more is less while others are perfectly fine with a minimalist approach to weight loss and that’s fine, but in this case, adding and not subtracting quality foods can be the difference of long-term weight loss verses a quick fix.

I don’t want you to think of this as a free for all, nor should you live by this every day, but by gradually adding fruits and vegetables to your meals, you naturally increase your chances of a healthier diet and a more efficient body moving forward.

Maybe you think that by eating less, you are doing yourself a favor. You may have been down that road before, and that’s okay. But if you deprive your body of essential nutrients in order to cut back on calories, you just may be putting yourself at a disadvantage later on and no one wants to be at a disadvantage, right?

Pace your meals by about two hours each and try to eat 6 small, well-proportioned meals each day. This will give you the vitamins and nutrients you need while providing you with energy to take on the day and… all the days after!
