Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothie

This breakfast smoothie is the perfect balance of rich banana flavor and creamy peanut butter.  If you want to increase the protein content, mix it with a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder.  The Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothie is ideal for taking on the go and is even a great breakfast for your kids to enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (reduced fat)
  • 1 packet Splenda
Instructions
  1. Add 1/2 cup crushed ice cubes and blend until smooth.
