Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Many studies have shown that blueberries are the number one antioxidant fruit, providing numerous health benefits.  This recipe for our Skinny Blueberry Blast Smoothie combines delicious blueberries with a kick of cranberry flavor to make the perfect breakfast or anytime snack.
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 1 (6 ounce) container Yoplait Light Blueberry Yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice and process until creamy. Makes 1 smoothie serving.
