I have been obsessed with pumpkin these past few weeks and I thought I would give it a try in a smoothie recipe. This smoothie recipe is packed with pumpkin flavor and has plenty of protein to keep you feeling full until lunch time or your next meal. Feel free to substitute any flavor of
protein powder, I plan on trying this with chocolate flavored protein sometime this week.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 skim milk or water
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
