Cool Cayenne Peppers

Benefits

These peppers are cool for nutrition but not so “cool” on the taste buds. The cayenne pepper is a part of the chili pepper family. The reasons these peppers are hot are because of the capsaicin in them. This is very beneficial for reducing inflammation. It also has great cardiovascular support and nasal congestion clearing properties. In addition they are also full of Vitamin A and beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant. These powerful peppers can help with immune support, asthma, arthritis, colon health, stomach ulcers, and issues with diabetes.

These peppers are considered Nightshade vegetables, which means they might not be suitable for everyone, especially those sensitive to spicy foods.
