FITNESS
Being fit is as easy as making sure to get plenty of exercise and trying to eat healthy. Try to eat mostly whole foods such as fruits, veggies, and grains as opposed to processed foods.
HEALTH
Health is emotional and/or physical levels of wellness. If you're sick or depressed, then that means you have bad health. You should keep up on doctor's appointments and eat right to stay healthy.
Nutrition
Basically, nutrition is the food we eat— the nutrients that are necessary for health and growth. Guidelines for specific nutrient intake are published by the USDA and are based on height, weight, and gender.
