Daily Aha! w/ Dr. Oz

Daily Aha!
Your reactions to day-to-day stress can affect your happiness a decade down the line.
In a University of California, Irvine, study, 711 participants reported all the stressors they faced over eight days, such as work deadlines and traffic, as well as their moods. Ten years later, the people who’d reacted more emotionally to day-to-day stress were more likely to have depression or anxiety disorders than those who took their stress in stride. The secret is not having less stress (if only!), it’s all about dealing with it in healthy ways to save your sanity now—and your happiness later.
