Now that spring is really here, last
week's household chore was putting
away the winter clothes that have been
clogging up my drawers. This week's
task is putting away the winter pots and
pans (such as extra-large Dutch ovens
and soup pots) to make room for the
medium saucepans, steamer inserts,
and skillets needed to make some of my
favorite warm-weather meals: grain
salads.
