Usually I’d be adding kale and kiwis but last night I only had a few bits so I whipped it together and to my surprise it was the ultimate refreshing smoothie I had made to date.
Smoothie it all together in a blender. Yum yum!
- 1 Pink Lady Apple
- 2 long sticks of Celery
- 1 generous handful of baby leaf spinach
- 1 half of a cucumber
- 150ml - 200ml of water
