Ingredients
basic recipe:
flavour variations (choose one of these or make up your own):
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- porridge oats (however many you want, I probably put about 15g)
- coconut water (or any type of milk) until you get the consistency you want, I didn’t add too much, it was so thick and milkshakey
- teaspoon of flax seeds (optional)
- teaspoon of chia seeds (optional)
- 1-2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract (THIS KINDA TASTES LIKE CAKE BATTER)
- peanut butter (when is peanut butter not an option)
- add an orange/use orange juice instead of coconut water
- dessicated/creamed coconut
- add some strawberries/pinapple/peaches/mango/ANY FRUIT
- lime/lemon juice
- honey
I used cocoa powder in mine and topped it with some dark chocolate shavings mmmmm
- Put everything in a blender and enjoyyyyyyyy
