5 Ways To Work Out At The Office

 

Extra stressed and crunched for time? Here are 5 tips on how to increase calorie burn while you’re at the office. How’s that for multi-tasking?

1.) Plan Walk & Talk Meetings - Instead of sitting down at a table, go for a walk with a colleague. If you need to take notes, take your phone with you and hit the record button.
2.) Make it a Competition - Find a coworker and challenge them to a friendly competition. Wear pedometers to see how much you walk in one week. Winner gets a coffee.
3.) Take the Stairs – Skip the elevator on your way to and from work and take the stairs instead. Add some strengthening exercises by carrying 1 liter water bottles with you.
4.) Sit on an Exercise Ball Instead of a Chair – This will strengthen your abs and back, and you’ll work on your posture without even trying.
