Recipe: C-Dizzle Cereal

Preheat 350 degrees
1/2c walnuts (whole or crushed)
1/2c brazil nuts (optional)
1c organic coconut flakes
Mix together in a bowl with…
1/2c melted coconut oil
1tbsp raw honey
Pinch sea salt and cinnamon
 Use coconut oil in a glass pan
Spread cereal evenly

Cook for 15mins
Makes 4-6 servings

—-Serve warm with coconut or almond milk—-(My personal choice homeade)
We like to prepare a bunch of this and eat it throughout the week. It’s easy. If your kids pack a lunch, you can easily put this in their bags.
IMPORTANT: You will only need about 1/4 of what people are normally used to eating. This is loaded with calories (good calories) readily available to your body. IF you are the type of person that is used to eating 2 bowls of Death Flakes, think again. :)
