How Did I Lose Weight By Juicing?
As we all know, we are what we eat. OR ARE WE NOT?You are no longer what you eat… you are WHAT YOU ABSORB!
When Juicing For Weightloss
The body needs “live food” to build “live cells.” When I say live foods, I’m talking about foods that come directly out of the soil and are alive. Raw foods, not cooked, like beans, nuts, legumes, fruits, and my favorite VEGETABLES!
When we eat live foods, our bodies consume the liquid immediately and then pass onto the lower digestive tract all of the excess. Imagine an IV of super, powerful, energy-rich foods pumped immediately into the organ of your choice, supplying all the quintessential nutrients you need for the day.
The juicer does all of the work for you, so that when you drink that glass of “heaven in your mouth” (that’s what I call it), you feel it instantly!
The human body is a juicer, it has to break down everything into liquid… the juicer is a short cut. Juicing for weight loss is one of the best things you can do.

How Juicing For Weight Loss Works?
I’ll give you the tools to start so you can get the hang of this.
For a period of five days, you will be consuming almost no solid food. The nutrient dense juice that you drink will effectively clear your digestive tract. There is also no weight training allowed during this week. Don’t worry, you won’t lose muscle during the reset. In fact, what I’ve seen with my clients is exactly the opposite. Once you cleanse your body of these toxins it can be much easier to gain lean muscle.
DAYS 1, 2, AND 3
Drink as much water as possible throughout the day, preferably with fresh lemon juice. I also include a dash of Pink Himalayan sea salt when juicing for weight loss.Drink up to 2 cups of fresh fruit or vegetable juice every three hours (10-12 cups a day). Fresh juice should come straight out of a juicer from whole fruits and vegetables. If that’s not possible, any prepared juice that is 100% pure fruit or vegetable juice will suffice. The water from a young coconut is a delicious addition to the protocol, and is economical and easy to get 100% fresh anywhere in the world.
Do not drink the juice unless you feel you need it! Don’t force yourself to drink if you are feeling full. Juicing for weight loss can be very effective but I don’t want you messing up the results.
Take 1 tablespoon psyllium husk with two cups of water immediately after waking up and before bed. If you are unable to purchase psyllium in your area, then any non‐flavored fiber supplement will do, as most popular ones are made from psyllium.
I also recommend a good pro-biotic as part of the detox, and one of my favorite new supplements is Moringa Leaf. Both of these are perfect companions to the Alpha Reset protocol.
DAY 4
Continue your juicing routine, but include two servings of 4-6 egg whites (cooked) for breakfast and dinner, and on an empty stomach. Subtract two cups from your total juice intake for the day for each serving of egg whites. By now into your juicing for weight loss protocol you should feel really good about where you are in this process.DAY 5
Today you can add white protein for dinner, such as white fish or chicken. Keep your juice intake at minus 2 cups per serving of solid food. If you are a vegan or a vegetarian you can add chickpeas or garbanzo beans to dinner.DAYS 6 AND 7
Slowly ease back into eating whole foods (foods that were around 10,000 years ago.)When to fast: Juicing For Weight Loss
During the first week, you’ll complete the 5 day Alpha Reset juice fast. By doing this before starting the full weight training and diet routine, you will significantly enhance the results over the following weeks.
In fact, the results you experience will feel almost unnatural. This is one of the big keys to maximum muscle growth and fat loss at the same time – your body will, for the first time in a long time, actually be breaking down, digesting, and using all the nutrients that it’s been given.
What to expect during/after the fast:

You will likely feel sluggish and tired for first 2-3 days. You may experience brain fog or even notice sores developing in your mouth. This is normal. Your body is doing some big-time work clearing out your digestive system behind the scenes.
About halfway through, most of my clients report feeling more energy than they expected to have, being able to think more clearly, and being excited about their progress in such a short time.
Once you’ve completed the reset, you should feel great about what you’ve accomplished and have some pretty remarkable results. I’ve had clients lose 5-25 pounds in the first week of the program.
