Daily Aha! w/ Dr. Oz

Cleaning your house for two hours burns almost 400 calories.

Going for a run and hitting the gym are great ways to work out, but don't forget to give yourself credit for all the fat-busting work you do during the rest of the day, like scrubbing the kitchen floor and dusting the blinds. You can burn 382 calories an hour shoveling snow, 210 shopping at the mall and 127 in an hour of baking...which comes in handy when you want to eat those cookies later.
