Impress your peeps with this creamy, cheesy pesto from Amie Valpone at The Healthy Apple.
What You Need
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
2 garlic cloves, peeled
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cups basil leaves
¼ cup GO Veggie! Vegan Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. GO Veggie! Vegan Plain cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Pinch of pepper

How to Make It
Drop nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on; process until minced. Add oil; pulse 3 times. Add basil, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper; process until finely minced, scraping sides of bowl once. Transfer to serving bowls.
