There are few things in life as bomb as guacamole.
Whip up this unique twist on a classic fav, blend up some margaritas, and say hello to happy hour.
What You Need
1 cup edamame, shelled and steamed
1 cup So Delicious Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper
Juice of 1 grapefruit

Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Transfer to serving dishes; serve with crackers, crudités or pitas.
