It's time to get off your butt. :-) I mean that literally, of course. You can't keep sitting there in that chair and expect to feel *good*! Check out this image I found on Facebook of what happens when you spend too much time sitting:
It forms blood clots! (these can travel to the brain, causing strokes!)
Causes fluid to back up in the lungs, the legs and creates clots in the neck during the night. (Hello, sleep apnea!)

Lymphatic fluid pools in the parts of you that are designed to flow and stretch and slide and glide.
Sitting, is now being compared to smoking in terms of its negative health effects!!
Why? Because we spend WAY too much freakin' time doing it!!!
So, whatever you're doing right now...
No matter who is calling, texting, whining, burping or breaking your favorite smoothie glass, get up right now, where you are and stand! :)
Try This:
Bounce on your heels and start to feel your flesh on your bones. Feel the ripple, wriggle, jiggle and let yourself take up space! If you just start alternating a little knee bend, then before you know it, hips will be lifting, booty will be groovin' and you will feel fantastic!
Bring it up into your shoulders. just pop them back and forth and let your jaw relax.
Move it.Use it.
Feel it.
There are all kinds of reasons why we beat ourselves up for the way we look and complain about the skin we're in, but the ONLY way...
The ONLY way...
The ONLY WAY to change something is to confront it and take responsibility for it. So no matter how much you protest your pudgy parts, or complain about your cellullite, the ONLY way to change anything is to confront it--see it as it is and start taking responsibility for it. Touch it, use it, move it, love it!
