Daily Aha! w/ Dr. Oz

Daily Aha!
You’re more likely to fight with your partner when you’re tired.
A recent UC Berkeley study looked at the sleep habits and fight frequency of couples in long-term relationships. The researchers found that the day after a bad night’s sleep, couples tended to get along worse than when they were well-rested. After a night of fitful sleep, the participants felt more negatively toward each other, had a harder time resolving the conflict, were quicker to lash out and were less attuned to their partners’ emotions.
