Ingredients
  • Marinade:
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce, 2 Tbs Honey, 2 tbs Mirin or Rice Wine Vinegar, 1.5-2 tsp of minced Garlic, 1.5-2tsp of grated Ginger
  • Salmon Crust:
  • Lightly Roasted Sesame Seeds (white and black to make colourful), Garnish with Green Onion when baked
  • Carrot Salad Dressing:
  • 2 Cups Peeled and Grated Carrots, ¼ Cup of Sesame Oil, ¼ extra virgin olive oil 1 Cups of Pure Orange Juice, 2 tsp Ginger, ½ tsp Salt
  • Mango Salad Dressing:
  • 2 Chopped mango, Juice of 3 Oranges, Zest of 1 Orange, 2 tbs Lemon Juice, 3 tbs Raspberry Vinegar, ⅓ Cups of no-sugar added Fruit Juice, ground Gloves, pinch of Cajan, pinch of Sea Salt and Pepper, Garnish with Cilantro, Parsley, Green onions
  • Slaw:
  • Sliced Cabbage, chopped kale, grated Carrots, grated Beets

Notes
Use evoo oil instead of canola oil

For now see below the list of ingredients I have put together for you to make it easier for you to use. Enjoy! 

Salad Dressing:
2 cups of Balsamic Vinegar , Olive Oil
Lentil Salad:
1 Cups Lentils, 1 Butter Nut Squash, 2 tbs Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, 1/4 – 1/3 Cup Feta 
Amount According to Taste Preference:
Dill , Red Onion/ Shallots, Pepper & Salt 
Arugula Salad:
Arugula, 2 Figs, Feta or Shaved Parmesan as desired, Drizzle Olive oil, Drizzle Balsamic vinegar (after heated) 
Pork rub:
3tbs Rosemary, 2tsp Fennel, 1tbs Garlic Flakes, 1/2tsp Salt, /4tsp Pepper
Apple Compote: 
2 Granny Smith Apples, 2 Pink Lady Apples, 1 tbs Butter
Spices:
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, 1 Orange for juice & zest, 1tbs Honey

Ingredients
  • Dry Rub:
  • Grape Seed Oil, coat with Salt and Pepper
  • Sauce:
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil, ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar, ⅓ Cup of Cilantro & Parsley, 1tbs Oregano, ¼ Cup Green Onions, Chili Flakes in desired, 1-2 Pinches of Sea Salt, 2-3 piches of Pepper, 2 tsp of ground garlic
  • Cauliflower Mash:
  • Water, 2 Pinches of Salt, 1 head of cauliflower chopped, Roasted Garlic, left over Fresh Herbs, Pepper, Butter
  • Cauliflower rice:
  • Cocoanut Oil, Green Onion, Garlic, Cauliflower grated, Pinch of Parsley
  • Cauliflower Florets to be Baked:
  • Cauliflower florets, Grape Seed Oil, Pinch of Salt & Pepper, Sprinkle of Ground Coriander
  • Steamed Beans:
  • Green Beans, zest of 1 lemon
