Improving your mood improves your eating habits, too.
A study by Cornell University marketing experts found that people were more likely to choose grapes over buttered popcorn while watching an upbeat movie ("Sweet Home Alabama") than while watching a depressing one (the 1970 film "Love Story"). Healthier foods will make you happier, in turn, since they have less of the sugar and saturated fat that can make you bloated and cause breakouts and oily skin.
