Low Carb Clam Chowder

 
Low Carb Clam Chowder Traditional clam chowder minus the carbs. Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 2.4g Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cut into small pieces, cooked
  • 1 -6 oz. can chopped clams, with juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup light cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon
  2. Add the clams and water
  3. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes
  4. Turn off the heat and add the cream, salt and pepper
