It is no doubt and "ABS-SO-TIGHTLY" important that you eat clean along with staying consistent with your exercising routine in order to get the ABS you want. There is no way to target fat loss in any specific area of your body. However, Cardio will help you lose extra fat all over your body including the layers over your abs. Even if you work out and begin to develop your ab muscles, if there is still a layer of fat over them you won't see the definition like you may expect unless you consistently raise your heart rate for a given set of time. Try spinning, running, jogging, dancing and rowing.
