RECIPES FOR SHAKES

Nutrition Explained.


  • Carl Daikeler Special

    1-1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology® powder
    1 Tbsp. almond or peanut butter (or to taste).
    1 banana
    1 cup ice
    8 oz. water
  • Choco Loco

    1/2 banana
    1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup non-fat soy, rice, or almond milk
    Ice to taste
  • Dessert (Just kidding! It's a meal!)

    1 Tbsp. natural almond or peanut butter
    1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
    3/4 cup water
    Ice to taste
  • Chocolate MochaChocolate Mocha

    1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
    1 cup cold coffee (cool the brewed coffee over ice first)
    1/2 cup water; or nonfat milk; soy, rice, or almond milk
    Ice to taste
    Tip: Add cinnamon and nutmeg for a cappuccino-flavored shake!
