Veg Diet Myth of the Day:


My choices will be limited.
 
BUSTED. OK, so you've cut out meat, fish, and maybe even eggs and cheese. This is where it gets fun: figuring out what new, interesting food will take their places! "If you've been looking in one direction your whole life, choosing the same foods over and over, and not crossing any comfort zones, you're most likely stuck in habits and routines that compel you to make snap judgments about anything that's different," says Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, author of Color Me Vegan. "The truth is when you go veg, you become aware of the fact that you have more food choices than ever before.
