Daily Aha!

Daily Aha!
Spending time in nature increases happiness.
Using a smartphone app that randomly checked in with 20,000 users twice a day, researchers in the U.K. found that people were generally happier when they were in a natural setting. In fact, they scored three to six points higher on a 100-point mood scale. The happiest places to be were coastal environments (especially among women), woodlands and farms. Can’t get out of the city? Never fear: Urban parks boosted bliss, too.
