Did you know that you have COMPLETE control over what you put in our mouth?
Seriously, no one is EVER going to tie us down to a chair and shove donuts down
our throat so we really have NO excuse for getting a belly!
Flattening the stomach is all about managing insulin so lets look at some simple
tips you can start benefiting from immediately:
1. Drink at least 18-24 oz of home-made greens juice within 15 minutes of waking up!
Every morning I blend a few different veggies (and sometimes a fruit) to start my day
hydrated, reduce inflammation, detox, and improve digestion. All these factors promote
"internal reconstruction" to manage insulin levels.
2. Always start your day with a high-protein and high-fat Meat N Nuts breakfast.
For example, I eat 4 oz of grass fed lean beef with 2 organic whole eggs, coconut oil
and spinach. Saute it and then throw some Franks Red Hot Sauce on it. Throw down
a half handful of mixed nuts and you'll start dropping fat quickly by managing your
hormone levels.
3. Ensure you get adequate fiber -- shoot for at least 25 grams a day. Low fiber intake
leads to poor insulin health and even more belly fat to deal with. Fiber intake is
inversely related to insulin resistance. On top of your greens drink, include at least
1 cup of raw or lightly cooked veggies with every single meal.
Truthfully, if you just add those 3 tips to your lifestyle, I would be SHOCKED if you
didn't see your abs pop in a few weeks....
