SNICKERDOODLE PANCAKES

Maybe you want cookies for breakfast or pancakes for dessert but chocolate chip isn’t your thing.  If snickerdoodles are your preference, you’ll enjoy this recipe.
Snickerdoodle Pancakes4 large pancakes
1/2 cup flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon cinnamon5 teaspoons sugar1/4 cup milk (add more by tablespoon if necessary)1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractpinch salt
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until fully combined.  Pour into a hot, greased skillet.  Once the top starts bubbling, flip and cook an additional minute or so.  Serve hot, with an optional topping of melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
