Daily Aha! w/ Dr. Oz

Daily Aha!
Eating 14 extra grams of fiber a day can reduce your calorie intake by 10 percent.
Fiber-rich foods break down slowly and stabilize blood sugar levels, which determine how hungry you get. The fiber in apples and citrus fruits is especially effective at helping you feel fuller longer, so you’re not reaching for fattening snacks in an hour. Generally, aim for about 25 grams of dietary fiber over the course of a day.
