WORKING OUT W/ YOUR MAN

Working out with your baby can be SEXY! There is nothing sexier than watching your significant other groan while working out that flexed, strong and glistening body! Use your imagination while you watch by suggesting movements that you like to see so when you get home you can continue your workout more creatively.

You will always have something to look forward to whether it is a fast walk in the park or a night at the gym. It is important for couples to spend time together. Why not share the time doing something rewarding for both of you? You also assure yourselves that you will get your workout on regularly which is a key point toward reaching your fitness goals.

So why not show your baby what you got and suggest a challenge? There is something to be said for a little healthy competition. Tell them that this is one way that will help you stay on track for taking the incremental steps toward increasing your strength, improving your stamina and meeting your goals! There are so many other rewards for this time of togetherness, how many can you think of?
