If you’re like most people, the start of the year gives you a swift kick in the ass to shed that "water weight" you've been carrying around, um, forever.

In addition to a clean sweep, keeping certain foods in your pantry that are naturally detoxifying will also help. Check out these 9 potent eats that will keep you a skinny bitch, but not a starving bitch:

Broccoli: A strong detoxifier, broccoli neutralizes and eliminates toxins while also delivering a healthy dose of vitamins.
