Improve Your Digestion In 3 Easy Steps

During my practice as a holistic health coach, I’ve noticed that so many people suffer from bad digestion.

Even if this might seem like a pretty trivial issue, it's actually much more important than you might guess.

Good digestion is necessary for your body to perform properly. It has a great role in nutrient absorption and waste elimination.

You can’t actually be healthy if you have poor digestion, because your body is unable to get what it really needs from the food you eat. IBS, bloating, constipation, etc. are all signs that your digestion doesn’t happen properly. But the great news is that, most of the time, these issues can be fixed quickly with very simple changes.

So here are 3 very simple steps, which can make a huge difference and improve your digestive system.

1. Start your day by drinking a big cup of clean, filtered, hot water with fresh lemon juice.

Hot water first thing in the morning helps to clean your digestive system and send the remaining toxins and waste straight to your bowels. On top of that, it gets your digestive system up and running for the day.

By starting your day with a cup of hot filtered water, you start your day with a clean digestive system. Lemon reinforces the cleansing effect and adds vitamin C to strengthen your immune, which is a thin one-layer cell in your digestive system.

2. Before having breakfast, have a fresh green juice.

A fresh organic green juice will give you a good quantity of minerals, vitamins and nutrients in a way which is directly and easily absorbable by your body. This is the best way to deeply nourish your body and strengthen your immune system. Adding a few grams of spirulina in your juice is also a great idea to boost your energy.

3. Swap white for brown.

Get rid of the white stuff (refined sugar, white rice, white pastas, white flour, etc.) because these block your digestive system, and instead opt for their equivalent in brown. Whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa and sprouted breads are just awesome for digestive issues as they make your digestive system working. They also bring lots of fibers, vitamins, nutrients and minerals that you don’t have in the white version. So it’s much better for your general health as well.

I'm pretty sure you'll see an improvement after trying these few steps for a few days. However, if your issues persist, I'd definitely recommend you to talk with a professional about your concerns.
