RAW MOM CLUB

Raw Mom Club
Hello, morning warrior!

Run, run, run... Seems like that's all we do in the morning! Sometimes, we don't even think we have time to eat well. Grabbing something at a drive through window can be so much easier. But don't do it! Fast food is sure to leave you sluggish, and that's the last thing you need when you're a busy bee.

Instead, how about some lovely recipes for really quick breakfasts that are done in less time than it takes to say “supersize it!”?

How is it super fast, you ask? Easy. Prep all the ingredients the night before (which should take 10 minutes at most) and store them in the blender's carafe. Store it in the fridge. Toss all trimmings in the compost. In the morning, run the blender, pour the smoothie in a take-along container, rinse the carafe under the hot water... and that's it. The kitchen is clean, breakfast is ready, and you're ready to take on the world!

Pineapple Mango Green Smoothie

Pineapple is such a great fruit, it stays fresh on the shelf for several days, and if you can’t use it right away, you can freeze it for later. You can even keep the cores and rub them on your face for a quick, effective and inexpensive beauty treatment! This smoothie also uses mangoes, for a true tropical experience. Because it is on the thick side, you can add more water to it if you plan on drinking it later.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups pineapple, fresh and diced
• 2 cups mangoes, frozen
• 2 bananas, one fresh and one frozen
• 1 cup water
• 3 cups leafy greens, such as spinach

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into 2-20 oz glass and enjoy.

Love and leafy greens,
Raw Mom Joanna.
