A Greener Grill
Would you like some toxins with that hotdog? About 63% of backyard BBQs in the U.S. are fired up with charcoal briquettes, but using them to cook up a standard hamburger results in 105 times more carbon monoxide than if you cooked it on a propane grill.
Briquettes also give off a whole lot of harmful Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) when lit, which is something we can all breathe easier without.
To add fuel to the fire, lighter fluid for charcoal is a petroleum distillate that emits even more VOCs when burned! Propane grills come in all sizes and shapes. Below are a few of our favorites:
Take your grilling experience on the road with a gas-powered City Boy Picnic Grill.
Or go a little bigger (but still portable) with a Weber Portable Propane Gas Grill.
