FIT TIPS:

Photo: This is so completely true. Do not starve yourself thinking you are doing yourself a favor. Just the opposite will happen. Eat small balanced meals every few hours to retrain your metabolism and get it humming. Let it know that you're going to continue to feed it every few hours. Only then will it let go of some of that stubborn weight, but you have to be consistent. :)
