We very recently went gluten and dairy free at the suggestion of our chiropractor. I went a little less willingly and more like kicking and screaming, but it was for the sake of my children's health, and I would do anything if I thought it might help their tummies feel better. Cutting out dairy and wheat has truly been a difficult transition, but I have found a few recipes on my own and online that we have really come to enjoy and will become a staple meal at our dinner table for years to come.
