Tip of the Day : Radish



is one of the richest sources of Calcium, Iron and Sodium. Those suffering from Piles may take 100 ml radish juice twice a day for 2 weeks. Radishes are diurectic in nature and therefore can be used to get relief from urinary disorders. Radishes are rich in Vitamin-C, phosphorus, zinc and vitamin-B complex which are good for skin.

To get all the benefits, it is preferable to eat it raw as cooking may destroy its nutritional contents and vitamins.
