FOUR Recipes for COLDS!


When we have a cold/flu, our immune system is low and needs a BOOST! These recipes are the most powerful in boosting our immune system immediately! FEEL GOOD TODAY.

1. TEA
...
In a pot of boiling water (4 cups) add 1 tablespoon of green tea leaves (or two bags), 1 teaspoon of raw organic honey, 1 tablespoon of diced ginger, 1 handful of mint, dash of cayenne pepper and the juice of one lemon. Let it boil together than drink. DRINK IT ALL!

2. LEMON WATER
The juice of one lemon in 2 cups of water.

3. GREEN JUICE
In a juicer put:
1 lemon including rind
1 green apple
1 cucumber
3 celery stalks
1 handful of parsley
2 handfuls of kale
2 handfuls of spinach
1 small chunk of ginger

4. Chew on a KALE STEM
Kale is one of the most nutrient dense green in the world! HIGH IN NUTRIENTS for eating just a little of it!
