1 t. salt
2 1/2 t. (1 pkg.) yeast
5 drops caramel food coloring

If making by hand, mix together the flours, cocoa, sugar, coffee, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well and add warm water, butter, honey and yeast. Also pour 1/4 c. plus the caramel coloring to the well. Combine slowly until it is completely mixed. Flour hands and knead for 10 minutes, until smooth.
