Stretches for Women
How To: Lay facing down on your mat. Place hands under shoulders and push up through your hands as you press into the floor, lifting your upper body. Keep looking up, chin towards the ceiling. 

Have yourself a flexible Friday and have an amazing weekend.
Stay with your fitness and nutrition goals and I will do my best
to stay healthy around my family (it's tough when you're pregnant
not to let yourself indulge too often). I'll let you know how
