Make Smart Goals!


Today is Sunday, the beginning of another week! Time to set some goals for the week. But when creating your goals, make sure they are specific (exactly what are you expecting of yourself, why is it important, what steps will you take), measurable (a measurement helps you stay on track and lets you know when the goal is fully achieved), attainable (the goals are neither out of reach nor below your standard performance), relevant (is it the right time? is it worthwhile? does it match your other needs?), and time-bound (within a time frame, giving them a target date).
