Benefits

The amazing convenience of clementines makes them a great healthy food for on the go people. The antioxidants and vitamin C make them convenient for your immune and cardiovascular systems too!

How to Choose and Keep
You should choose clementines that have a shinny, blemish free nice orange color. They should feel soft, but not sunken in. You can keep at room temperature for about 2-3 days. After that you can keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks.

Preparation
It is always recommended to clean the outside of citrus even if you do not consume the rind, as the dirt and debris can get onto the inside after you touch the outside.

Vitamin C, Calcium, Fiber, Thiamin, Folate, Potassium

Action Steps
1. Get a nice bunch of Clementine’s and keep the in the fridge. Throw one in your purse or pocket for a nice nutrient snack during the day
2. Clean the rind with vinegar and water and then use in your water to add some flavor to the water.
