Green tea is rich in antioxidants called catechins, which can stimulate your body to burn calories and decrease body fat. Want the scoop on other belly-busters (that you're probably already eating)? Avocados are rich in glutathione, a substance that helps block the absorption of certain fats. Oh, and here's an easy one: water. Sometimes your body confuses hunger and thirst. Swigging some H2O before meals battles binging.
