Stress Buster Tonic

Ingredients
• 4-6 Carrots
• 2 Celery Stalks (with leaves)
• 2 Kale Leaves
• 1/2 cup Parsley
• 1/2 Apple
• 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger Root
Directions
Juice everything fresh and stir. Drink within 15 minutes of juicing. Drink during stressful times to protect your body from the adverse effects.
